Yes, we are by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but to guarantee your preferred time, booking in advance is recommended. The quickest way to book is via WhatsApp.
Which medical aids do you accept?+
We submit to most major medical aids on your behalf. We recommend calling ahead to confirm your specific plan. For uninsured patients, our rates are fair and transparent — always discussed before any treatment begins.
What should I bring to my first appointment?+
Your medical aid card or details, any referral letters if applicable, and a list of current medications. Previous dental X-rays or records are helpful but not required.
Do you treat anxious patients?+
Absolutely. Many of our patients experience dental anxiety. Our approach is always gentle, unhurried and compassionate. Sedation options are available — please mention this when you book.
Is parking available?+
Yes, there is ample free parking on site at the Bedfordview Medi Suites complex on Nicol Road.
Do you treat children?+
Yes. Paediatric dentistry is a core part of our practice. We believe a child’s first experience at the dentist shapes their relationship with their health for life.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept card and cash. We do not accept EFTs. Various Medical aid submissions may be handled on your behalf at no extra admin charge.
